Mission

To develop leaders who transform the world. We do this through providing life-changing scholarships and leadership development opportunities to undergraduate and graduate students attending institutions similar to Phillips University.

Vision

Our vision is a world where every individual has equal access to quality higher education experiences similar to that of Phillips University and the opportunity to lead in ways that better impact both their communities and the common good.

Goals

1.Develop a strong, updated plan for asset management that ensures the foundation & mission longevity. Create an expanded & comprehensive three-year development plan.
2.Strengthen existing program impact by developing research-based outcomes and a four-year cycle for all leadership development programs, pulling from best practices and university heritage.
3.Expand outreach and contact w/the Foundation's stakeholder groups, including but not limited to strengthening and further engaging with the university and program alumni.
