Mission

The academy is a unique alternative high school, which provides youth with an opportunity to acquire an education, life skills, and emotional growth. The academy is based on an integrated service system model, which combines academic instruction with independent living skills training, college and career exploration, other transitional support, on-site health care and counseling, self awareness and personal growth, community awareness, and the development of adult and peer support systems. The environment for learning and development addresses the whole person within an academic setting and structure.
