The Junior League of Tulsa is committed to working to end the cycle of poverty through hands-on education and community based programs.

Goals

1. 1.Strengthen our brand and community impact by prioritizing civic leadership training and skills-based placements to recruit diverse members. Perform a strategic brand and impact assessment to ensure programs are measurable and data-driven, utilizing Tulsa-specific research to align our partnerships with community needs and clarify our identity across all audiences.
2. 2.Revise practices to attract and retain a diverse membership by fostering inclusion and accountability. Key initiatives include expanding leave-of-absence options for various life stages, launching a re-engagement campaign for former members, and assessing our endowment to reduce the financial burden of dues and obligations, ensuring a thriving and committed member experience.
3. 3.Revise financial procedures to ensure responsible asset management and increase ROI. We will diversify revenue by building long-term donor partnerships, reducing reliance on large-scale events and member funding. We'll optimize management through annual audits and ensure facility usage aligns with organizational capacity to combat rising costs and better further our Mission.
