A nonprofit provider of services to persons with disabilities, accepting any disabled person who can be helped regardless of their ability to pay. It is the mission and policy of the organization that program service fees be charged to insurance companies, third-party purchasers of services and individuals and has established payment plans for qualified clients for whom no funding source exists.
