Goodwill Central Texas transforms lives through the power of education and work.

Vision

We envision a Central Texas where everyone has opportunity to thrive. We believe that education and work are the only true pathways out of poverty and strive to provide opportunities for people in our community who face obstacles to sustainable employment: people who have disabilities, people lacking education, people with criminal backgrounds, people facing homelessness, and youth lacking opportunity.

Goals

1.Be a first choice for employment through mission within business. Expand programs designed for our unique audiences in our 15 area counties, including job placement and wrap-around services.
2.Increase investment in education and vocational training at Excel Center and Exploration Center campuses, and delivery of training and development offerings including the Career and Technical Academy.
3.Expand retail and sustainability by launching new stores, remodeling current locations, optimizing Donated Goods and Retail margins, and exploring new initiatives.
