Goals

1. 1.EOAC aims to expand and scale EmpowerU and Weatherization programs to serve more families across the Heart of Texas. By growing program capacity and increasing accessibility, we will connect more individuals to critical resources that promote self-sufficiency, housing stability, and long-term economic opportunity.
2. 2.EOAC will strengthen its organizational capacity by investing in key infrastructure and staffing. This includes hiring additional personnel and upgrading financial management systems, client intake software, and donor CRM tools to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and long-term sustainability.
3. 3.EOAC will prioritize Head Start and Early Head Start—by maximizing enrollment and ensuring every classroom operates at full capacity. This focused approach will strengthen program quality, deepen community impact, and align resources with our mission to empower children and families.
