IN OPERATING OUR SMALL TOWN MUNICIPAL PUBLIC LIBRARY, OUR MISSION IS TO ASSEMBLE, ORGANIZE, PRESERVE AND MAKE AVAILABLE SIGNIFICANT BOOKS AND OTHER MATERIALS WHICH WILL PROVIDE STIMULATION, EDUCATION AND RECREATION AVAILABLE TO ALL CITIZENS OF THE COMMUNITY.
