THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE AUTHENTIC AND HISTORICALLY CORRECT STREET RAIL LINE IN COLORADO SPRINGS AND MANITOU SPRINGS COLORADO WHICH WILL EXIST FOR THE ENJOYMENT AND EDUCATION OF IT'S CITIZENS.
