CBWF PROVIDES PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE, HIV SPECIALIZED SERVICES, HIV CASE MANAGEMENT, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH/SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES TO COMMUNITY AS FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER. CBWF ALSO PROVIDES TESTING, PREVENTION, CASE MANAGEMENT AND INTERVENTION SERVICES TO TARGETED INDIVIDUALS.
