Vision

Our vision is to create a world where people are empowered to make a difference in their communities through volunteer service.

Goals

1. 1.Objective 1: Establish formal procedures of adding members IAW bylaws? Objective 2: Conduct membership drives Objective 3: Develop a marketing campaign to reach new volunteers. Objective 4: Establish partnerships with local colleges and universities to recruit student volunteers. Objective 5: Develop a volunteer referral program to encourage current volunteers to refer new volunteers.
2. 2.Objective 1: Establish a youth advisory board/youth volunteer corps within KVI Objective 2: Include representatives in every KVI program and committee Objective 3: Promote programs that award youth for their service
3. 3.Objective 1: Develop and implement a fundraising plan to support organizational sustainability. Objective 2: Establish multiple streams of income within the rules of IRS Code 501c3 Objective 3: Develop and implement a technology plan to streamline volunteer management and communication.
