THE PURPOSES OF THE FOUNDATION SHALL BE TO FUNDRAISE AND OTHERWISE SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, AND RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES OF BETA UPSILON CHI FRATERNITY, INC. (THE "FRATERNITY"), AND ITS EFFORTS TO ESTABLISH BROTHERHOOD AND UNITY AMONG MEN BASED ON THE COMMON BOND OF JESUS CHRIST.
