The mission of Foster Angels of South Texas is to improve the lives of children in foster care in South Texas, ensuring that each child has their basic needs met and also providing them with life enriching experiences.

1.Our goal is to continue to increase the number of children we assist every year. Through our assistance, we are able to meet the wide array of needs of children in foster care.
2.To provide a support system for young adults in foster care in a more efficient manner. Our scholar program provides educational opportunities without disruption as they are overcoming trauma
3.Maintain and strengthen our relationship with agencies who work directly with foster children to be their number one resource when asking for assistance.
