The Bear River Community Services Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, serving as an extension to the Bear River Association of Governments (BRAG). Both serve Box Elder, Cache and Rich Counties providing a wide array of services for low-income households, seniors and persons with disabilities, and offering community and economic development assistance to local governments. Our mission statement is that we will support low-income families by providing essential services such utility assistance, transportation solutions, housing support, tax assistance and referrals to community resources.
