THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION IS TO SUPPORT ACTIVITIES THAT ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF, TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF, AND TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THE CHARLESTON DORCHESTER MENTAL HEALTH CENTER INCLUDING ACTIVITIES FOR THE PROVISION OF CARE AND SUPPORT TO CITIZENS WITH MENTAL ILLNESS
