    The Rescue Mission of El Paso serves as a member of the local body of Christ in proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the poor and displaced while demonstrating the love of Christ in assisting persons with physical needs of food, clothing, shelter, counseling, education and vocational training and placement. In addition, Rescue Mission of El Paso also operates a furniture shop for the purpose of developing work skills and habits in people who have been unemployed and homeless.
