Vision

Cal Farley’s provides professional programs and services in a Christ-centered atmosphere to strengthen families and support the overall development of children. We do this by implementing the philosophies of a strength-based approach, the Model of Leadership and Service and using trauma informed care.

Goals

1. 1.We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to families by continuously reviewing and aligning the organization for maximum efficiency, reporting to stakeholders and responding to the needs of the community’s children and families. We will expand data collection to include organization-wide key performance measurement, reporting, and data informed decision making in all areas.
2. 2.Resources must be allocated to ensure program and organizational structure focuses on delivering the highest quality of care for children and families. Further financial analysis will continue to ensure resources are strategically used to achieve organizational, financial, and operational goals.
3. 3.Cal Farley’s will expand its data collection to include organization-wide key performance measurement, reporting, and data informed decision making in all areas, including Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Development. Cal Farley’s must build a culture in which tasks and functions of quality improvement are integrated into all staff and manager functions.
