Vision

BGCD’s vision is to provide a world-class Club experience assuring success is within reach of each young person who enters our doors, with members on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Goals

1. 1.Education remains the most powerful lever for long-term opportunity. Our goal is that 100% of BGCD high school seniors graduate on time while maintaining or improving their GPA, helping more youth stay on track toward college or career pathways.
2. 2.By 2030, 62% of jobs in Texas will require a postsecondary credential, yet many students are not currently prepared for that reality. Our goal is that every BGCD high school student graduates with an internship, certification, or career pathway experience.
3. 3.Dallas youth face elevated risks related to physical health and wellness. Our goal is to ensure that 80% of Club members are physically active at least five days per week, building habits that support lifelong health.
