    Our Mission: Irving Cares provides focused assistance for Irving residents to address a financial crisis. Our Vision: To offer efficient effective human services to Irving residents in need. Our Values: Irving Cares provides clients with services in a respectful and dignified manner without regard to race, color, gender, age, disability, religion or national origin. We identify and address the needs of the Irving community. We partner with clients to develop solutions leading to self-sufficiency. We work with volunteers, agencies, and area organizations for greater impact and effectiveness. We assure donors and supporters of superior management and fiduciary practices. Since 1957 we have provided essential services for Irving's neediest families. We strive to meet those needs with caring volunteers and staff which guide our clients through their crisis. We offer proven, efficient, and effective programs.
