Clayton will serve communities of North Texas by providing quality programs that foster the emotional, social, and educational development of children, youth, and families. Our goal is to provide after-school and summer day camp programs that prepare children to live great lives as community leaders, responsible and caring adults and effective members of the workforce.

1.Increase measurable quality of our after-school programs through rigorous formative evaluation.
2.Establish a pay structure that attracts qualified staff and allows us to meet the community need for safe, high-quality after-school programs for low/moderate income working families.
3.Respond to the needs of school districts for social emotional training, program quality monitoring, and after-school support services.
