Goals

1. 1.This goal is to answer the call in support of victims of domestic violence, which entails; prioritizing the hiring and training of as many advocates as our budget allows; providing self-service options through our websites and online resource directory; and investing in technology such as our groundbreaking, trauma-informed, generative AI chatbot named "RUTH."
2. 2.This goal is to increase our fundraising efforts and resources necessary to meet our mission, and to ensure workforce and administrative excellence to support our vision.
