Passionately committed to the belief that every child deserves to thrive in a nurturing, permanent family, National Council For Adoption’s mission is to meet the diverse needs of children, birth parents, adoptees, adoptive families, and all those touched by adoption through global advocacy, education, research, legislative action, and collaboration.

1.Provide a comprehensive catalog of free and low-cost adoption education resources for adoptive parents and adoption professionals.
2.Pursue new research that establishes best practices around adoption and permanency.
3.Advocate for policy change that reduces unnecessary barriers to adoption and ensures adequate protections and ethical practices for everyone involved in an adoption.
