VISION: To transform the world’s perspective to see individuals with special needs as God created them.

Goals

1. 1.By 2029, Bynum School will sustainably grow its student population while maintaining its premier status. The school will also launch a new residential program providing living spaces for individuals with disabilities who can be independent of their families if given some support. The plan includes vocational training and building a support system with dining, recreational, and worship facilities.
2. 2.Since moving to a new campus in 2018, Bynum School has experienced phenomenal growth. Our enrollment has been full for three years. At the same time, the demand for our services has grown, forcing us to maintain a waitlist half the size of our student body. Planning is underway to increase the number of classrooms on campus and recruit and retain more qualified staff for the academic program.
3. 3.Bynum School will develop a plan for campus expansion, evaluate and implement three alternative revenue strategies, and continue to seek funding from all corporate, individual, and foundation donors possible.
