The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Establish 3 locations in underserved areas, provide rent and utility assistance by winter 2022. PATH will partner with food pantries in Cherokee and Rusk counties to offer emergency assistance.
Goal Type: Grow, expand, scale or increase access to the existing programs and services.
Goal Two: Remove unsafe structures and rebuild with multifamily housing to house 2 families by fall 2023, and improve existing PATH-owned structures to exceed local safety and energy efficiency guidelines.
