A global proclamation ministry, Ramesh Richard Evangelism and Church Health (RREACH) implements God's calling and gifting on Dr. Ramesh Richard to promote the Lord Jesus Christ worldwide. We accelerate our global impact by wise use and mix of personal proclamation, media outreach, and ministry training to evangelize opinion leaders, strengthen pastoral leaders, and reach large numbers of individuals, especially of Asia, Africa and Latin America. Founded in 1987, RREACH envisions changing the way one billion individuals think and hear about the Lord Jesus Christ, to the glory of the Father and by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Goal One: Our primary goal is to develop and sustain substantial media efforts to engage in wide seed sowing of the Gospel message throughout the globe and ideally identifying opinion leaders in each country.

Goal Two: Our secondary goal is to enhance and extend our pastoral training efforts to reduce the number of untrained pastors around the world.

Goal Three: During this season of uncertainty RREACH is seeking to provide support to pastors around the globe to support their basic needs.

RREACH encourages all team members to seek out and engage in leadership training materials and platforms in order to grow professionally.

RREACH partners with strategic organizations in order to enhance and multiply our training impact.

RREACH leadership adjusted quickly to external changes beginning in 2020. Intense staff meetings were held to review all aspect of organizational operations, structure, activities, and future program options. Speaking opportunities were adjusted to online engagement instead of in-person. Office personnel began working remotely. Our human resource structure changed from a matrix model to a team approach, allowing quicker accomplishment of tasks and activities.
