THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTS QUALIFIED FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS WITH CREDIT REPORT REVIEW, COUNSELING, AND DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE TO BE "MORTGAGE READY" IN THE PUCHASE OF THEIR FIRST HOME. IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CITY OF MIDLAND, THE ORGANIZATION REVITALIZES "TARGET AREAS" DESIGNATED AS DISTRESSED BY DEVELOPING HOME COMMUNITIES FOR THESE QUALIFIED LOW INCOME FAMILIES.
