Mission

Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex began in August of 1986, when we decided that if people couldn't come to the church, for whatever reason, we would take the church to them. Today people of all ages gather each week to hear the Bible taught in multiple languages in 270 locations in Arlington and the larger Dallas-Fort Worth region. We meet in neighborhood homes, apartment club houses, mobile home parks, and in any other location where people can gather together to hear God's Word. The Bible studies that we provide for people, and the ministries that exist in and through the mission, work in harmony for a common goal - helping people find a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Vision

Mission Arlington®/Mission Metroplex® is a faith-based, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which utilizes thousands of volunteers and a multitude of services to assist people with their physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Goals

1.To continue to develop use of volunteers and services to meet the needs of the whole person – physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual needs. We use the analogy of a car – a car needs all four tires aired up if it’s going to get down the road successfully.
2.To increase the reach of each ministry and program that we operate. Each year the effectiveness of our programs/events are evaluated to determine next steps for growth and future stability.
3.To maximize donor effectiveness through increased efficiency in each administrative and program area and draw from a strong community of volunteers who are committed to work along-side us to help others.
