Our scholars are recent Plano (TX) ISD graduates who have navigated challenges with resilience and are leveraging education in building a brighter future.

Goals

1. 1.Student Success-Provide new/enhanced programs to improve mental health and work/life/balance. Prepare graduating students to successfully enter the workforce with the appropriate life skills.
2. 2.Operations-Ensure processes are in place for consistency and sustainability. Implement effective systems for efficiency and scaling. Increase intent/practices for Diversity and Inclusion.
3. 3.Engagement-Integrated support programs with schools to increase applicants. Establish HSF Alumni program. Expanded marketing & social media. Maintain financial discipline and reserves.
