The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
As an international organization, we constantly have to adjust and adapt to changes in the global landscape. For instance, when war broke out between Russia and Ukraine, our primary focus was the safety and wellbeing of our missionaries in Eastern Europe and Eurasia. We helped relocate missionaries in some fields and find permanent or temporary homes for them. We also mobilized field workers to help in aid efforts for Ukrainian refugees in Eastern Europe, and that effort is ongoing.
