Vision

Only 1 in 20 (that's 5%) of pastors and ministry leaders worldwide have received training. We engage Biblical and globally transferable principles in our trainings, seminars, conferences, networks, and mentorship programs to speak to the heart and skills of Christian leaders globally.

Goals

1. 1.Heart of the Leader, Ministry Team Strategy, and Youth Ministry Strategy Trainings. We have a five-year goal in place to train 10,000 new ministry leaders by 2026.
2. 2.Online ministry training. We have been developing an online training platform for pastors and ministry leaders in hard-to-reach places. We want to train 800 more leaders per year by 2026.
3. 3.New staff and office development. We have a goal to add 10 additional country staff to our organization and add 175 new volunteer trainers to our mission by 2026.
