Goals

1. 1.Explore and evaluate opportunities to expand services that address emerging community needs, such as homelessness, housing, addiction recovery, and rental assistance; Launch an in-house mental health assistance program by hiring a LPC-S to provide accessible, Christ-centered counseling services and lay the foundation for future program growth.
2. 2.Build long-term sustainability by diversifying revenue, expanding infrastructure, and strengthening mission-driven leadership to support program growth, improve services, and maximize community impact.
3. 3.Ensure excellence in programming and maximize impact through continuous evaluation and strategic expansion, including growing Education and Career Development initiatives in Springtown and evening hours, and expanding Careers Now to increase its reach and support career advancement.
