Vision

Family Legacy desires to serve and educate vulnerable and orphaned children in a holistic manner: spiritually, intellectually, physically and emotionally.

Goals

1. 1."Go deeper in our impact with children by strengthening our foundations" - Non-exhaustive examples of strategic sub-objectives of Family Legacy's "Strategy 2030" include 1) Programs that are data-informed, contextualized, and rooted in global best practice, and 2) Strengthened and diversified revenue to fuel long-term impact.
2. 2."Deliver what we promise to children, donors, and staff" - Non-exhaustive examples of strategic sub-objectives of Family Legacy's "Strategy 2030" include 1) Child readiness for and exposure to opportunities for dignified contributions to society, 2) Excellent HR administration and service for teams, and 3) Transformative constituent experiences and engagement that create advocates for children.
3. 3."Impact more children with the Gospel and transformational programs" - Family Legacy's "Strategy 2030" includes the 2030 ambition to be "Delivering proven, redemptive impact on vulnerable children through a more mature and replicable model that is serving 20% more children". This 20% growth will be pursued through a measured expansion strategy within our "Portfolio maximization" sub-objective.
