TO PROVIDE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES WHICH PROMOTE PHYSICAL FITNESS, GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE, TEAMWORK AND PARTICIPATION IN RECREATION GROUP ACTIVITIES BY THE YOUTH OF THE RED OAK AREA.
