Mission

Promote equality and professionalism in law enforcement through training, education, and mentorship. Bridge the gap between marginalized communities and Law Enforcement with a strong commitment to volunteer service. Provide members with recruitment, training, coaching in a social environment, networking, open job opportunities, and advocacy for career advancement. Provide Academic Scholarships and mentorship for students pursuing a career in Law Enforcement.
