Vision

At NLPOA Minnesota, we envision a community where every individual has the opportunity to thrive, grow, and lead the nation's finest group of volunteer law enforcement officers. With passion and meaningful purpose, we strive to expand our membership and our reach to our benefited communities. Together, we want to inspire meaningful change, foster collaboration, and turn dreams into reality, ensuring that hope and possibility are within reach for everyone.

Goals

1. 1.Expanded "Shop with a Cop" program and grew it from 45 beneficiaries in 2022, 62 beneficiaries in 2023 and 88 beneficiaries in 2024.
2. 2.Creation and staffing of 11 committees to consistently reach meaningful and constant advocacy for our benefited populations.
