PROVIDE ANIMAL ADOPTION AND SHELTER SERVICES FOR THE SURFACE CREEK AREA. VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE DAILY OPERATION SUPPORT FOR THE ADOPTION AND SHELTER SERVICES. PROCEEDS FROM THE SHELT SHOP THRIFT STORE ARE USED TO SUPPORT ADOPTION AND SHELTER SERVICES.
