The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Develop and expand our new integrated and trauma-informed RISE (Restore, Inspire, Strengthen, Empower) Program, initially at our North Carolina Regional Center and then more widely.
Goal Type: New program(s) based on observed changes in needs among our constituencies/communities served.
Goal Two: Develop our Programs Strategy for 2024-2029, adapting to external challenges, to position our global work for the future, to best serve victims and survivors of human trafficking and modern slavery.
Goal Type: Invest in the capacity of our organization (financial, management, technical, etc.).
Goal Three: Develop our IMSA (Independent Modern Slavery Advocacy) model, with partners and survivor inclusion, into an accredited model used by other organizations to best serve survivors' complex needs.
