Hold Em & Hit Em Club

Mission

The purpose of the Hold'Em & Hit'Em Club is to serve as an active force in the community in support of youth, education, and charity. This is to be accomplished through active participation by Club members at Club fund-raising events, auctions, and other fund-raising events of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Houston area county fairs, and similar events benefitting the charitable activities of the sponsoring organizations.

Goals

1.Maximize fundraising from seven annual events to support youth and education, aiming to increase revenue year-over-year.
2.Minimize expenses for higher net revenue from events, ensuring more funds for community impact while maintaining fiscal transparency.
3.Boost event promotion to attract more sponsors/participants, increasing funds for youth and education via enhanced community engagement.
