Mission

TOMAGWA HealthCare Ministries exists to provide compassionate, faith-centered healthcare to individuals and families with limited resources who need access to a trusted medical home. As a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike, TOMAGWA provides primary care, dental care, women’s health, laboratory, pharmacy support, and care coordination for uninsured, underinsured, Medicare, Medicaid, and low-income patients. Through the TOMAGWA Reach mobile health center Collaborative Network, TOMAGWA extends care beyond clinic walls by connecting patients, community partners, safety-net providers, and support resources into a coordinated pathway that reduces barriers, strengthens continuity of care, and improves long-term health outcomes.
