Goals

These groups use our facility as a hub, creating a vibrant, collaborative space. By boosting communications and promotions, we’ll grow existing programs and attract new partners to expand community services.
2. 2.As we near capacity, we're laying the groundwork for growth. With rents set 97% below market to support our partners, we aim to keep it that way. Increased fundraising will help us improve and expand the building, add partner programs, grow community impact, hire support staff, and update tech resources for public use.
3. 3.By analyzing real-time data from our online tool—tracking search terms that reflect local needs—we’re identifying which programs and partnerships to pursue. This helps us directly address the real needs of people in our zip code.
