Mission

YFC reaches young people everywhere, working together with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to the Word of God and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ, and commitment to social involvement.

Vision

To see the next generation experience an abundant life through the Gospel of Jesus Christ and practical life skills.

Goals

1.YFC's 2020 Strategic Plan was to expand into surrounding counties beyond Stanislaus, including Merced and Tuolumne. Involves juvenile justice related youth and underserved neighborhoods.
2.Effective 2021, YFC leadership and board emphasized capacity and sustainability through improving financial reserves, improving compensation and benefits, and modifying organizational structure/org chart.
