Kids in Common advocates for education, healthcare, social-emotional well-being, and justice for all children in Santa Clara County by supporting policies, promoting data-driven action, and fostering collaborations of cross-systems leaders and experts.

Goals

1.Financial Development: Build a diverse funding base for Kids in Common that will lead to a financially stable organization by FY 2023-24 and then support growth in key programmatic areas
2.Policy & Advocacy: Develop effective and efficient policies, practices, procedures and staffing that support Kids in Common’s success.
3.Program Development: Solidify the work of the Children’s Agenda and its subprograms, including its governance, its relationship with Kids in Common and how the Children’s Agenda will do its work. Establish goals for current areas of work and goals to “grow” the work.
