Mission

Our mission is guided by the belief that developmentally disabled adults are indeed image bearers of God. Therefore, it is our mission to provide Christ-centered security, support, and compassionate care which will encourage the residents to reach their full potential spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, socially, and physically within a loving Christian environment. The heart of this mission is carried out by providing 24/7 comprehensive residential care to adults with a developmental or intellectual disability.

Vision

Sierra Salem Christian Homes seeks to honor God by providing a lifetime of high-quality, Christ-like residential care, support, and training to individuals with a developmental or intellectual disability.

Goals

1.Upgrade existing homes through renovations for long-term service and procure new homes for expansion, including a higher-level care home for elderly (aging) residents.
2.Invest in information technology and human resources to increase efficiency in management and operations. Invest in fundraising for future expansion and long-term sustainability. Invest in promotion to increase community awareness and identify potential residents.
3.Research and investigate new or alternative services for residents with a particular interest centering around work (vocation).
