Vision

As we move forward, it is the aim of Redwings to develop and implement an Equine Assisted Service program. Our program will focus on fostering healing, personal growth, and improved quality of life for individuals with physical, mental, or emotional challenges, through structured experiential interactions with horses, with a goal of building independence, confidence, and leveraging the human-horse bond in a safe, nurturing environment.

Goals

1. 1.Launch an Equine Assisted Services (EAS) program by the end of 2026 to expand Redwings' impact by providing equine-assisted learning opportunities that support the well-being and personal development of individuals in our community.
2. 2.Increase net fundraising revenue from Redwings' annual fall fundraising event from approximately $20,000 to $80,000 by transitioning to a larger, evening gala at the Paso Robles Event Center and expanding sponsorships, auction revenue, and donor engagement.
3. 3.Expand community education and outreach opportunities to increase public awareness of responsible horse ownership, equine welfare, and the prevention of neglect and abuse.
