The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Expand access to ASAP Cats’ lifesaving programs—including veterinary care, foster, adoption, and community cat services—across Santa Barbara County. Increase capacity through enhanced medical resources, mobile spay/neuter services, and volunteer engagement to serve more cats and communities in need
Goal Two: Strengthen core programs—veterinary care, adoption, foster, and community cat services—while phasing out activities that do not directly advance our mission. Focus resources on programs with the greatest lifesaving impact, ensuring sustainability and the highest standard of care for cats in our community.
Goal Three: Build organizational capacity through strengthened financial reserves, expanded donor engagement, and investment in staff, volunteer, and technology resources. Enhance management systems and infrastructure to improve efficiency, support growth, and ensure long-term sustainability of our lifesaving mission.
