THE FOX THEATER FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO RESTORING, AND OPERATING THE FOX THEATER LOCATED IN BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA. THE FOUNDATION WILL ATTEMPT TO TAKE ANY AND ALL ACTION NECESSARY TO PRESERVE THE FOX THEATER AND TO ENSURE IT IS MAINTAINED AND OPERATED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF KERN COUNTY AND THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
