We envision a Pajaro Valley community in which all people have access to healthy food and the other basic necessities of life. We are committed to working collaboratively to develop a healthier, more food-secure community through direct service and advocacy. Each day we manifest the values of service, compassion and justice in our work. Goals

1. 1.Increase access to nutritious food by purchasing key ingredients for our lunch program, allowing us to redirect a greater share of fresh produce from the food bank to our pantry. This approach strengthens both programs and ensures more families receive fresh, healthy groceries.
2. 2.Strengthen our operational capacity to improve access to pantry services by expanding staffing, refining volunteer scheduling, and piloting adjusted service hours. This will allow us to better serve working families while maintaining consistent, high-quality food distribution.
3. 3.Introduce nutrition-focused support by engaging a nutrition professional to evaluate the quality of pantry offerings and share simple, culturally relevant guidance with guests. This will help families make informed choices and better support their health with the food they receive.
