Goal One: Our Strategic Goal #1 focuses on strengthening PBI’s internal capacity to support growth. Priorities include clarifying team roles, refining onboarding, updating policies, shifting the ED’s focus to engagement, and celebrating successes. Success will be measured by employee feedback, onboarding effectiveness, and hiring outcomes.
Goal Two: Our Strategic Goal #5 focuses on advancing science-based advocacy by connecting research to policy, prioritizing education research, and strengthening grant capacity. Success includes increased influence in policy, outreach, and Arctic support. Progress will be tracked through impact metrics, funding, and adoption of research findings.
Goal Three: Our Strategic Goal #6 aims to expand PBI’s impact through mission-aligned program partnerships, including research and education. It focuses on defining strategy, streamlining processes, using CRM tools, clarifying roles, and fostering collaboration. Success is measured by partner fit, message reach, and growth in key research and outreach alliances.
