Our vision is to create a just and sustainable future for all people and our planet.

Goals

1. 1.Climate Careers is designed to simultaneously address the serious challenges of climate change and climate resilience while providing meaningful pathways into green economy careers for youth.
2. 2.Opportunity Build specializes in preparing women & individuals in reentry for high-road careers and green pathways that offer family-sustaining wages through training for the building trades.
3. 3.Rising Sun advocates for state and local policies and programs to equitably improve job quality, energy affordability, and climate resilience. We do so by building advocacy networks and coalitions, plus collaborating with a broad array of community-based organizations, environmental justice organizations, labor and workforce partners, and climate advocates and experts.
