1.Creating family programming through Winterfest and Holiday programming & Summerfest to be a year-round orchestra.
2.We formed a financial management committee, revenue committee and development committee to address strategic planning goals to achieve sustainability.
3.We expanded our programs for at - risk youth and include K-11 grade programming addressing equity, diversity and inclusion.
