Seniors and adults living with disabilities will successfully "age-in-place" with supportive relationships and supports from Volunteers and community organizations.

Goals

1. 1.PROGRAM GEOGRAPHIC EXPANSION: 1. Adopted an adjacency expansion, priority to South County PROGRAM VOLUNTEER EXPANSION: 1. Increase the overall number of volunteers that are bilingual and in key demographic areas. 2. Invest in professional development for volunteers to ensure they have the skills needed to maintain our high level of service and quality, including cultural humility.
2. 2.1. Build name and brand recognition of Community Partners in Caring 2. Be “the” place to Volunteer 3. Host our 2nd Annual Senior Expo, increasing our reputation as a community leader in the senior serving realm. 4. Strengthen and maintain partnerships with allied organizations and groups.
