We aim to to provide high quality healthcare delivered holistically in accordance with Biblical principles affirming the dignity and value of each person we encounter.

Goals

1. 1.Enhance Access to Care: We will continue to remove financial, language, and other barriers that prevent low-income uninsured residents from getting the care they need, given that the number of uninsured grew 40% from 2023 to 2024. We will achieve this by adjusting patient eligibility criteria as needed as well as strengthening community partnerships and our network of supportive specialists.
2. 2.Increase Sustainable Revenue: We will build diverse, reliable revenue streams so our clinic has the stable resources needed to consistently care for low‑income, uninsured patients, recognizing that free health care is not without cost and that strong funding is vital to fulfilling our mission.
3. 3.Optimize Organizational Performance and Facilities: We will strengthen our structure, systems, and space so we can fulfill our mission amid policy changes and a growing number of uninsured, ensuring high quality care, effective leadership, data driven decisions, and modern facilities that support patients, staff, and volunteers.
